Philippe Briand-Designed CNB 26M Spiip

France’s Construction Navale Bordeaux (CNB) has launched their stylish new 26-metre sloop Spiip. Designed by Philippe Briand, the aluminum sailing superyacht is the latest member of the Deck Salon CNB family, a paragon of performance, comfort and elegance. Like the other models in its class, Spiip features a large deckhouse with a central cockpit and naturally illuminated deck salon. With an upwind sail area of 400 square metres, the waterline and hull sides are at their maximum with an almost vertical bow.

A retractable keel gives the boat a 4-metre draft in the “down” position. Built-in starboard armchairs are designed to accommodate seated passengers regardless of the tack position. The spacious aft suite is designed for the owners’ use, with two guest cabins located on each side on the deck salon and the forward part of the boat dedicated to the crew. Design throughout is fresh and modern with a Scandinavian flair and yellow, blue and natural-toned colour scheme. The transom also comes equipped with a garage for a 3.7-metre tender.
